Project ZNRE 05‐4304, Improve Military Family Housing, Phase 3

 

A/E provided all the necessary Title II (Construction Inspection)
services for the above project. Services include the full time
surveillance and inspection during the progress of construction up
to the completion and final inspection. Other works included are
the review of material submittals and shop drawings, monitoring
of contractor performance, attending weekly meetings and
conferences, review of all payment requests from contractors,
preparation of all required documents to assist the Contracting
Officer in contract modifications, assisting in resolution of claims,
review of asbuilt drawings, making replies to RFI’s, as well as
conducting prefinal and final inspections and closeout
procedures.

Repair and Modernize Bachelor Quarters Bldg. 580, 581, & 584

This is a “Design-Build” project intended to repair and modernize Bachelor Quarters Buildings.
Part of the base mission of Camp Covington is to provide housing support to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion personnel deployed to Guam. The work is located at Building 580, 581 and 584, Camp Covington, U.S. Naval Base Guam, as indicated in the attached vicinity map. The Contracting Officer will designate the exact location of the subject project.
